'Every time I go into the darkness, I return, with fistfuls of jewels'

Happy Solstice Dear Ones,

We made it! Today is the darkest day and now the light is returning. I hope you have had luck in exploring the fruitful darkness and cultivating inner light.

It is, as always, hard to believe that another year has gone by.

Thank you so much to all of you who have come to me for yoga instruction, massage, CST, Ayurvedic bodywork, and integrative holistic health counseling this past year. It has been an honor and a pleasure to 'walk each other home' for a bit.

I am blessed to witness so many beautiful humans sharing their hearts, their vulnerability, and receiving support with such ease and grace. Thank you, thank you, than you. My own heart is filled with gratitude.

I look forward to seeing and hearing from you in the new year ahead!
